Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at the hotel; the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, although a bit lacking in size. The service was professional overall but a bit unfriendly during check-in and check-out. The location was fantastic, right on the borders of the intriguing old town and just a short stroll from the famous Calle Laurel for the best pinchos. The dining was decent, albeit not exceptional, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean, offering all the anticipated facilities like air-conditioning. The service was very professional and helpful, making my stay much more comfortable. The location was very peaceful and nice for a relaxing walk along the river. The dining experience was very nice and offered a good variety of options. However, the facilities were okay but nothing exceptional.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were quite cramped with three closely pushed beds and tended to get warm, they were still of a good size. The service stood out with helpful and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to assist with travel arrangements and even helped me search for lost sunglasses. The location was outstanding, offering a nice view of the river and being conveniently close to the city center, despite some areas being a bit run-down. The dining options, although a bit pricey for what they offered, were friendly and had a decent selection. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs balancing room size and warmth with exceptional service and great views.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a good size and equipped well for my stay, but they were too hot and noisy with the window open. The cleanliness was impressive, but the space was tight for two suitcases.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms served their purpose during the wine festival but were nothing spectacular. The location was excellent for exploring the old part of town and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, although the dining options were a bit limited. The service had its ups and downs with good English-speaking staff but some hiccups in communication and resolution. Being close to the river and Calle Laurel added to the appeal, while noise disturbance from neighboring rooms was a downside.
